Based on the diagram on page 7, it looks like you wouldn't have any issues building a 2 story building on the rear of the lot, but at the front of the lot, a 2 story building would potentially have to step back its second story in response to the "encroachment plane".

this topic also brings back this memory for me personally.there was a client of mine in Mississippi  that was a prolific wholesaler selling turn key through west coast marketing companies LIke an Ali Boone or Maverick or others like that .he would tie up property then I as the HML was funding the deal for the marketing companies LA based client and this wholesaler was just taking a fee off of the hud.

even if you don't use them afterwards it has been theorized that writing creates muscle memory and helps you to retain information better!!  

For me it's the equivalent of telling someone that they should buy a computer with 8GB of memory and them asking, why that amount of memory and what are the benefits of it?

I'd much rather provide a nice home for my family, buy them nice, safe cars to drive, a backyard where we can play in the grass everyday and barbeque all the time, have neighbors that have a decent amount of class and create memories in a home that your children grow up in?

The last four months have been the best time to be a buyer in Denver in recent memory.
