the tax office prepared it and the recorder recorded it.this was a tax sale, the paperwork they had us fill out at purchase was filled by hand.the name was written and *could* have been interpreted as a u...i noticed it right away and told the recorder of deeds... they said, we just record it.

Basically the gist is the HOA bylaws were written by a lawyer who was some combination of drunk, high, and uneducated, so there is room for interpretation on the rules written, that of course they are not siding with him on, costing him dollars during this turbulent time.

Unless you konw of one that has a new build on it, its a futile effort.Also, with all respect to fire marshalls and city planners, they tend interpret code the way they want to see it and tend to introduce a bit of bias in their decision making...usually unintentionally but it happens.
