My initial impression is that the new Tesla roof acts as a double safety valve protecting ones roof from elements and the energy savings will be an icing on the cake for me.

We get some 3 day stays here and there, but it is not common.All we can offer in the winter is snow...and ice...you can watch the ice floe move back and forth in front of our house as it gets pushed around by the 2 incoming rivers that are fairly close to our house.

Have had one small piece of trim knocked loose, fridge door was ajar and had some ice build up, and the worst was someone broke the locking mechanism on a window.

Resident had slipped on the ice in an alley near the dumpster the previous January.

There is not an easier way to break ice then by acknowledging a females purse or pair of shoes in a way where she feels safe and appreciated. 

And then just to ice the cake, he has a family ranch on the Trask river on the coast of ORegon that gets a huge salmon and STeelhead run and he is one of the best fishermen I have ever met. so if it was a big patch say 500 to 2 mil MBF  he would take the landowner fishing and that sealed the deal every time.  

(like I'm driving away eating all that before the ice cream melts!)  

Its cold, its snow & ice, its dark at 5PM, people are thinking of the holidays, spending money on gifts, and just plain are not interested in buying houses.But its a great time to buy houses because the competition is taking a break.

This seems to break the ice a little and I found sellers are more open if you actually show that you care to help them.

However, these units should not have garbage disposals, Ice and water in the fridge door, etc.
