each mls interface is different the best way to get rained by a broker The local mls has classes for new agents and not to expensive 

I tried it out & I didn't like the interface but others seem to love it, so worth a shot to check it out.

For Georgia, I was thinking Atlanta and the Surrounding areas and in Alabama, I was just browsing all over. 

Currently I am browsing europe looking for good RE opportunities, only to find out that short term regulations is getting more difficult with time. 

Took a browse through his blog posts and didn't see anything related.

I have been browsing Loopnet, and a few auction sites for a starter duplex or basic rental units.  

I thought the UX and interface was super easy though and I really liked the data visualizations, but some of the features are only applicable to entire house rentals and not shared rooms which is a bummer.

You can download your credit card and bank transactions (bigger banks generally have a better interface).
