Disappointed but I picked up a few golden nuggets while there. 

So from an educational standpoint, this could be golden.  

I gain "little golden nuggets" each time I listen to it.

It will give you realtor access to the MLS system as well as networking with other Real Estate Professionals (theres that golden term again)I wish I got my license years ago I Am pretty confident I would haev a much larger portfolio then I have currently......above all set a date to take some kind of action so you get started!

If it cash flows enough to pay all its expenses, the mortgage and your student loan then you are golden.

I am going to be late for our meeting at Golden Gate Park.

Remember it is not about finding 1 or 2 golden ways of finding deals.

I was attempting to contemplate the potential of a business model that could offer a family cash flow in-perpetuity by removing the ability of potential heirs selling the golden goose. 

Hoping business picks up even more as we get more good reviews.So when that 4-unit, in GOOD condition, with PAYING tenants, listed at $89k came up right next door to my first building, I knew it was a golden opportunity.
