I think it is the rental price.The only feedback comments from prospective tenants I have heard from the property management company is: (1) the fact the apartment unit is a corner unit which makes it a security risk and (2) the stairs makes transporting furniture into the unit difficulty.The door has a good lock on it though and the screen door in the bedroom works properly as well.

I built a great team consisting of a contractor, designer (bought furniture at wholesale through her too), agent, and cleaner.

Remodel all bathrooms, some flooring, interior paint, new furniture.

And I'm certainly not paying for furniture unless you get a really small cut

I’m not a gamer, I just got the idea because I saw that they do it at a furniture rental store. 

I also provide couch covers if they don't listen to the no dogs on the furniture rules.

It doesn't matter if you have rules that state that the pets must stay off the furniture..
