We use multiple numbers with multiple tags so that on every call we can launch an automatic followup action plan...

It seems pretty safe to assume at this point that any applicant who starts off with "Let me explain my situation ..." isn't going to be a good candidate.Was showing a place today and the woman comes in, no coat (it's about 43 degrees here) and looks around for about 30 seconds, then launches into, "This place is real nice!
