I would make sure to provide and highlight amenities such as a hot tub, fire pit, fireplace, rocking chair porch, pool table?.

I’m not speaking of the strategy that an STR must also work as an LTR to be viable, I’m simply highlighting that I also like to use my own STRs as my vacation rental, and so to me, I don’t like them to be tacky or overly trendy. 

The highlighted schools are a collection of buildings that have been sold for other uses (sometimes including school operations by other entities), are on the block to be sold, or have been put on the shelf for possible future re-use by the district.

That experience has taught me far too much to share on a thread like this, but here are a few highlights for you to consider when seeking a good syndicator: Character - In a syndication or fund, you are a passive investor with little control over the day-to-day decisions, so if the sponsor is dishonest everything else will not really matter.
