No worries, leave the drama to them and provide the proper non-renewal notice and time period.

@Kristy Fard I don't want this to seem harsh but it is almost like you bought the building for their convenience?

There is always drama - moving boyfriends in without permission, fighting, smoking (and fires that go with it), often unable or unwilling to pay the tiny amount of their portion of the rent, not paying utility bills, helpless to do minor maintenance, unpermitted pets, frivolous inspection failures... after all this, when they finally leave, you have to rehab the entire apartment because it's trashed.   

Drama train arrived.  

Tons of drama and not much of a return on investment.These days I do my own investments and work with clients one on one and couldn't be happier.Assist - to- sell is a discount type company platform that has been around for awhile.

This could be a turn-off for some vacationers.Some communities that allow short-term rentals have a minimum of 3 or 6 months; where again the guest must go thru the background application check with the community - usually $50-$100 fee.Also note, that mobile home communities that do not do a background check, will have felons & drama/crime in the community. 

I have pleasant neighbors, kids feel free to play in the streets, people mow their lawn, and no drama usually equals low crime. 

This includes excercise, eating right, getting rid of drama friends/relationships, etc. the list goes on and on.At any rate, I wish you luck with your situation and hope everything works out for you.Thanks, -Rich
