Within the first week several people in the house said they felt a presence or saw someone in their room when nobody was in there.

Two of the more popular areas that tourists visit, East Passyunk and the Riverwards (Northern Liberties, Fishtown, Port Richmond, Bridesburg, etc.) have low or no hotel presence in that direct area.

Just have to make sure you compose a list of all possible corresponding development costs and run the numbers along wth evaluating the risk factors, especially based your building experience.
