Buy and hold requires more capital upfront and is more of a retirement or cash flow supplement for most people. 

And for the most part I've just been trying to contact the owners or trustees of the (possible)properties but usually they have conveniently  posted the email addresses of these plaintiff attorneys which would be an easy and cheap alternative or supplement to reaching out to the owners/heirs.

Question: what do you think of flipping to supplement retirement income?

My husband and I have a goal to purchase some buy and hold units to supplement retirement in 10 years.  

But ultimately, I'd like to supplement my salary and escape the rat race.

I'm a photographer/videographer by trade and thought this would be a great way to supplement my regular income (and fun for me!).

Or, the lender will take your documentation and order a credit supplement so the credit report is updated with a status of judgement satisfied.

I teach 5th grade Math & Science, so I'm looking to supplement my income thru real estate. 

I work as an Officer and am working towards a retirement that I am wanting to supplement with a Buy and Hold set of properties.

Then you can look for other paths to supplement your primary.
