Realtors can also search sold, pending, expired, and terminated listings where I don't think you can in most public MLS websites.One other big difference is access to listing brokers comments on the property and attached documents along with the home owners name and phone number.

There is a lot of vested interest in dumbing down the American public so they cannot support themselves and start relying on the government handouts: this is how you breed a stock of obedient voters.If people become financially savvy, they will be smart enough to realize that the government is leaving beyond their means and are giving the bill to the future generations.

The geography is much different than So Cal and as others have mentioned you really can't parse out areas by zip code like you can in LA.I think you need to work backward in your investment purchase and know that the rental sweet spot last year was $1500/mo and in the past 6 months has grown to $1700/mo.
