I understand there are locks that open with a code you send to your guest's cell phone and it will unlock the door during their stay, then deactivate.

So many people send them to websites that don't perform well (especially on mobile for Facebook... since over 80% of those leads tend to be from cell phone devices... and most peoples websites are really bad on mobile... even if they're "responsive" most aren't setup to convert well on mobile phones).

Tenants will call that number and google voice will ring your cell/landlines etc....you can even make calls from both your cell and landlines and have it appear as if it is coming from google voice.We eventually outgrew that and now use RingCentral and we have a love/hate relationship with that.
