We seem to have a lack of nice accommodations, but a solid number of nice airbnb's that do very well.  

In this case, you'd want the bedroom to be a little more accommodating in terms of being more than just sleeping space (so I'd go for a queen). 

Under the Fair Hosuing Act, if someone has a service animal they must ask the landlord for a reasonable accommodation.

We do have a discounted monthly rate of $3,200 for the longer term people which we've had a few inquiries outside of the one we had booked but haven't been able to accommodate because of other shorter term bookings. 

To wit:The current tenant was the manager of a nearby fast food store, the owner of which rented the unit and offered accommodation as a perk for his store manager.

Unless you invest in new decor and put in some theming, your house will be viewed as budget accommodations and you'll get really low rates.

IE first American Fidelity etc you can order title insurance in the morning and get it in the afternoon on a rush.. you can't do that as a matter of course but the will accommodate special requests. 

You must make reasonable accommodations. 

Then, we look for properties that can accommodate that type of structure AND are supported by the ARVs in the neighborhoods in which we are searching.
