It's not your problem- it's Animal Control's problem.How do you know this isn't a spat between neighbors and the complaining isn't related to pettiness between neighbors (maybe your tenant called the cops on your neighbor for playing loud music and this is the neighbors way of getting even) relating to someone not liking the other for a completely different reason.I'd approach the tenant, mention it in passing, and leave it for animal control to enforce.

That is the true risk of these structures and to not at the very least acknowledge those potential situations as a practitioner of these instruments is a very vain characteristic of the promoters of these things.The point is, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

I'm one of those guys who likes to take care of the financials, collecting rents, showing properties, etc. sidebut Im not a huge fan of getting stupid calls for small fixes so this would be beneficial Sure, I have friends who like to mix music but don't like to produce it and vice versa.

1- Tenants not up keeping the exterior of the building  (leaving things in the yard, not picking up trash)2- Tenants playing music too loudly. 3- Not receiving rents on the 1st of the month - this isn't really a pain though, just something I wish they would work on.

The house next door is also a rental and that tenants plays his music very loud at times which greatly disturbs my tenants.
