If you can locate and connect with the right person in that market it will be fantastic, I know because I am that guy in my market and I have clients world wide who are very happy BUT I also get new clients coming who worked with a random realtor or random PM and experienced the nightmare side of things.

To AirBnB in my city (granted, Miami probably gets more tourist and transient traffic than Thermopolis, Wyoming...probably), Landlords are required to have fire safety systems, those little maps on the back of the door directing people to fire exits, etc.
