The question is should you be prioritizing it over other leads you have, if you have them.  

Now prioritize your properties based off conditions (the rougher the house, the higher the priority), owner name (estates highest priority), mailing address (further away the better), tax delinquency (the higher and older the delinquency the better),  and which ones have an expired listing.  

Was he advised that there would be a pet in the home.. prior... it is simply he's allergic to cats????

Another thing is that ratings are not arrived at by any one examiner, but through a collaborative effort and with trends of past performance considered, one examiner may have an opinion but performance is not something arrived at by one person or formula or matrix.

So glad to have experienced and seasoned realtor partners in the Charlotte area to be able to collaborate with. 

Essentially what you are doing is prioritizing your tenant's financial situation over your own, which is obviously not good.
