Thats Awesome.Do you pay someone to take them or you have a high resolution camera.

Tenants who move into SFH generally stay longer and have fewer turns.Multi-family also suffers from common use costs, trash, lighting, security cameras, landscape.To automatically discount SFH as simply a stepping stone is short-sided.

Pay the summons and then pay for a camera.

Walk the park and then decide if you want to spend a bunch of $ with phase 1 /sewer cameras/leak detection etc. 

If you go this route hide a lockbox for emergencies.I also have wifi thermostats so I can save on electricity wen no one is there.I also have a high end outdoor only camera system that sends me alerts on motion so that I can keep an eye on who is coming and going.Once you are set up it is pretty easy to self manage.I have HA/VRBO and Airbnb and the calendars synchronize to stay updated.

Another way is that you can get in front of the camera and tell your story, go through who you are, who you help, why you help & understand them, what you are offering & how you are able to do it.
