Yes, the Fed is working to head off the cycles by tanking the blue-collar and working white-collar class, but front-loading via shortages is a granite wall to there attempts.

It's similar to long term really. a 3/2 with granite in any given school district will rent for about the same as any other 3/2 with granite in that same school district.Be careful with Colorado.

Also I would likely install granite as some of the houses in the neighborhood have that and the current one is in need of repair otherwise.My question is what would a savvy investor pay for a house with these replacement problems for a flip.
