Hey guys, I'm Marc a newbie from NYC, college student who's aspiring to be an entrepreneur.

As a musician and entrepreneur, I plan to combine my creative thinking with my growing knowledge of real estate to forge a path to financial freedom.

That just how businesses are run: as distinct, separate entities.As a business person, you need to get rid of the consumer "cut corners to avoid spending" mindset and embrace the entrepreneur's "cost of doing business" mindset.

I have always had some entrepreneur in me as I have always searched for that one thing I'm great at.

I am a young and enthusiastic entrepreneur looking to make an impact in the real estate world and currently looking for a part-time real estate related job.It all started about a year ago when I stumbled upon BiggerPockets.

So far, I haven't made her fall in love with this business, but she is learning about entrepreneurs and what they do.

@Ayodeji Kuponiyi, i am glad finding a brother from same root going by your name...thanks for the advice, i am new in the states  as a PR and thiinking of what to do with my entrepreneural mindset and as a business owner as always in Nigeria,i have always visit as a business visitor since 2013, though i have travelled all round the globe as an international education and  business development consultant.Thanks as i expect some more advice on this.ThanksBJ

When I visit my former country, Peru, my conversations with old friends, from the university or school, are not the same, unless they are entrepreneurs.

Many hats you have to wear.The highest quality large deals are funded / invested by institutional capital, which entrepreneurs, outside of developers, can't compete with.
