That is disappointing to hear. 

I attended this meetup last night in Tyson's and was disappointed to find out it was a 2+ hour video pitch for Phil Grove's training program.

I hired them in Jan. and was disappointed with communication and follow up.

You will be disappointed in the age and quality of home you can get for the money unless, as previously noted, you are in a remote suburb with low demand.

You are probably right that he is disappointed that you did spend more money on his trinkets.

I recently read through the forums and read that TransUnion's tool, SmartMove was recommended by BP, so I tried it, and I have to say that I'm disappointed. 

If you are looking for anything higher than that, you may be disappointed.  

They are always so disappointed when I show them the few that are on the market.
