Just a piece of advice...

I noticed you've had four posts.  All four were threads that you started asking for VERY generic advice.  You're going to find that when asking for generic advice, you tend not to get much response (this is the first response you've gotten on all four of those threads).  The reason being that the information you're looking for can be found all over this site -- in other forum threads, in the blog, in the free resources, etc.  

The fact that you're asking for generic advice versus going out and looking for the advice that's already out there implies that you're looking for us to do your work for you...and we typically don't like to do that.  This business requires hard work, and if you're not willing to use the search bar or the menu at the top of the page, you're going to be very disappointed when it comes time to actually looking for properties...  :-)

Now, if you've done some research and have some specific questions (or need clarification on something), that's the kind of thing that we love to respond to, because those of the things that we haven't answered over and over already.
