As a Lifelong Seattle resident, 60 years now. and as a long time owner of Seattle properties, over 40 years, I'm contemplating my EXIT STRATEGY, have been since I got Real Estate Tax bill this year , they have almost doubled since 2017  for my in city (BALLARD) properties, My Best to all you struggling landlords trying for the American Dream out there !!

I've also wondered/worried about this scenario when contemplating what a wholesale deal would look like realistically..

They want it so bad, they're willing to work a crappy job for it, to live in a tiny apartment in Staten Island and pay ridiculous rent, to smell awful smells, to touch grimy surfaces, to be deafened by sirens and traffic day and night, to be assaulted on the subway, to live with rats.

(Which I'm contemplating on pushing up in the near future)

As I continue to progress in my financial journey and contemplate my reasons for pursuing early financial independence more carefully, finding my why, it's obvious that the collapse of the Greek economy and the financial distress of my friends and family in Greece has a great deal to do with my mindset.Imagine living in a country where you go to the bank one day and they tell you that you can't draw any of your own money out of your own bank account.
