First rental tenant/neighbor parking issues - should I quit?

The only downside to this option is it won't utilize the backyard space as nicely, will remove the privacy of the fence, and will overall just make the whole backyard feel like less of a "backyard"....Not sure how important that is or how it will appeal to tenants.Thank you again for all your advice and feedback!

Banks have issues related to the Red Flag Rules, the Patriot Act, OFAC, and AML that cause them to question businesses about anything they view as potentially suspicious, just as you have the same responsibilities as a community owner/retailer.To clarify my previous post: We used Delaware because their privacy laws are better than Nevada's, and far better than any other state.

Updated fence provides privacy & ample space for pets & children to play. 2 blocks to Monon Trail, Red Line, State Fairgrounds, Library, local shops & eateries!
