I am launching the website for my wholesaling business next week. 

Before launching have a couple of ads “in the can” and run them under 2 different campaigns.

We use multiple numbers with multiple tags so that on every call we can launch an automatic followup action plan... 

I don't mean completely..but don't launch into your elevator pitch, don't read from the pre-made script you have.

I'm getting ready to launch another mail campaign, and was looking for tweaks to do to drive up that ever elusive response rate, and the thing I learned from this thread is to definitely be targeted on my mailing list for potential motivation upfront, and to combine multiple different strategies outside of mailers.I'm surprised how many people shy away from the phone, or door knocking.... sometimes your fastest deals will come from you putting your feet on your farm area and getting in peoples faces and ears....

So if someone calls you it launches a series of reply items  automatically, if they fill out a form on your web site it does the same. if they chat the same thing happens and if they text, and everyone does have a campaign hooked to that too.And make every part of your site brandable, loaded with triggers...

After a lot of good advice on the forums, and a few subsequent in person discussions, I've just launched my first wholesaling campaign (500 letters, Chicago market). 

I haven’t heard of Investor Lion and their site looks like it’s in pre launch phase.
