As in CA there are thousands of multi bene loans floating around and the state realized decades ago;.. that when they have problems the lenders don't know each other or how to get in touch with each other.. this disclosure cures that. this allows CA brokers to do multi bene loans without securities filings..

Vi,I would tell you to also consider doing a cash out refinance to take out enough cash to float your mortgage for 3-5 years while you build up cash reserves.

It is the "cheap" stuff, maybe 2.5-3 mm, but click lock, floating.

@Josh MacThese usually float with the prime rate so factor that in too, it's 8.5% currently but many offer IO for repayment which can be attractive for some.
