A friend of mine (retired mailman) met a drinking buddy at the Moose Lodge.

They use this for drinking and washing. 

Although some guests do want to come in and unplug and relax for a couple of nights at least in my location where the big draw is hiking and skiing at the end of the day my guests wanted to go to the brew pub and eat and drink local beers then walk back and sleep before going out and doing it again the next day!

Also this question is for anyone living in Arizona, what’s your recommendation for drinking water?

Great for lunch, dinner or just drinks.

I worked very hard while my buddies we're drinking and partying the nights away I was at my second job.

It certainly can be a good resource, but to quote our instructor "this course is like drinking water from a fire hose".For the pricetag, it was well worth it for me and I intend on taking the other CCIM courses over the next 18 months, but as a principal, you need to weigh the usefulness between paying for this course, and learning the information here on BP.  95% of the time, you can get away with using a more simplistic model to analyze investment deals for your own use. 

Spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me, giving me enough good knowledge that, for just 1-2 minutes there, I was drinking from the firehose.
