I will however make another observation - capitalizing full words and bolding strings of characters doesn't make it more correct or give it more weight; from an online perspective, it makes the poster seem hysterical and a zealot.

This can sometimes be observed by how hard it is to navigate the user interface (UI) of the SaaS product itself. 

They should be licensed, insured, offer & stand by warranties, sign a W-9 and not expect to be paid the day they are finished.Of course, we've also observed PMC's that inflate invoices for profit and even have contractors submit inflated invoices that they then get kickbacks on.Posting an example will allow us to evaluate if it was inflated.
