First time home owner / aspiring investor north of charlotte
Hi all,
I moved to charlotte a few months ago for work and love the state as well as charlotte itself. I am working up near Troutman and was interested in settling down probably in iredell county near 77. After reading BRRRR and doing some research I think this is a direction I would like to go in. I'm hoping to start with a duplex but I am noticing on Zillow theres low inventory even 30-40 min outside of charlotte. Are there any resources I could tap into for something like that?
