Like unsophisticated buyers that walk into a car dealer and ask "what kind of payment on that new hupmobile" these people are PAYMENT buyers.

So yes, ONE of the products we advertise uses this as part of the marketing, just like a home improvement store may show a particular carpet and tout it's benefits on a billboard, or a car dealer will show special price and financing for one model of a car.

The details are for you and the seller to work out.In California we have a code called CC1695 it protects none professionals sellers without a deep understanding of real estate, from "dealers" or those of us that operate as a corporation or professional property buyers/sellers.

Take the next step, go hang out at a mobile home dealership and they'll put you on commission.Dollars to doughnuts any small dealer financing mobile homes will not be compliant under Dodd-Frank, might read threads by @Ken Rishel, unless they are hooked up with a brokerage or compliance team. :)
