Its much easier in the stock market because it costs less money and you can appl stock every Wed if you want to. 

We are celebrating our 21st year!

My wife, Monalisa and I just celebrated our 24th anniversary.

Also for the delay my fiance and I are saving for a wedding in August which I know is not a wise financial investment but her mom has stage 4 breast cancer being in a coma less than a year ago and we all want her to be here for that event. 

There is one in Totowa this Wed, next week in Union County and throughout the month in Newark and Jersey City.Definitely keep learning and use this site to your advantage.

After that aja moment I created a website for leads (patapscopm.com), visited the local meetup (met the local tax sale celebrity @Ned Carey) , ordered business cards (btw vista print is awesome!)
