Is climate change "DEATH" as so many pound-a-drum yelling?

The vehicle needs to be above 6000 pounds for you to write it off 100%. 

The property needs some tlc which is why it's a good deal but the small things that need to be fixed have made it "undesirable" to the 2-3 carriers that are left in this area willing to write rental properties.

Also, your lender might tell you to pound sand trying to demand a new appraiser because you don't like their answers to those questions. 

The same way I can tell you how to lose weight, but it doesn't mean that in 6 months you'll be 20 pounds lighter.

The Nasty...Ugly... "800 pound Gorilla in the Room"... for Investors/ borrowers and all borrowers for that matter, is this Dodd Frank Act!

@Michael LoweMy family is against it because my uncle had a duplex in an undesirable part of town (even though he lived in it too).
