When it comes to money people can almost always justify screwing you, however they find it absolutely unbelievable when someone screws them.I know of two instances where people did exactly what you are suggesting.

Unbelievably, I've seen some landlords not raise rents in years even though their expenses have increased.Six months of the most recent utility bills (garbage, sewage and water) and if the units operate on separate or combined meters.  

The people lost the main house through foreclosure and unbelievably picked up this mobile home and had it installed in a MHP in the area. . 

I have become 'addicted' to the podcasts and listen to them all the time. 

It's addictive.  :-) I kinda like STRs but they're a niche, so you might want to think in terms of several STRs or none. 

After the short-lived oil boom that ended 2 years ago there have been an unbelievable amount of foreclosures, which means an unbelievable rental increase in the area. 

Just one question, is there a sister web site that helps those that have become addicted to BP?
