Account Closed  in Oregon its tougher to develop outside city limits than inside them.. and many folks get burned not knowing this... depending on zoning it could be required that your minimum lot size for a SFR is 160 acres.and in an area were the properties were homesteaded in the 1800's there are far and few between parcels of these kind of sizes...

I am pretty much on track. 12 rentals, with a goal of getting to 20 10 purchases so far (3 are in purchase escrow still) with a goal of buying 40Already hit my goal for raising private funds, will probably beat it by 400% at this pace.Little worried as it is tougher to buy right now, but I am doubling up efforts.

I would say getting loans in this environment from a community bank is a little tougher than what one might think as they are very much relationship based type lenders. .IE they lend to those in the community that have a good community presense..
