Issue #1: Originally my real estate agent told us that each unit comes with the following appliances: stove and fridge; and that both units water bills are the responsibility of Lessor (landlord) .

There is always some things left behind. things like inside stove, refrigerator, inside the Owen, corners, some cabinet shelves, window frames some residue on the walls etc.

I moved out of the camper trailer for the tent because it was easier to heat with a wood stove than the camper with propane. ( metal walls) The tent was bigger too. 16x20.

It has two...an oil monitor (with new filters) and the wood stove (common in the area) She refuses to use the wood stove and says she cant afford to buy oil.I served a 30 day notice which was she claims is invalid as it wasnt signed by me...but for me. 

I went to the property and found the gas stove running without a flame.

Just finished this one this month:Old:New:The layout is a bit different than yours, but I had that ugly bank of cabinets over the stove too.

We could force appreciation if we choose to update the current bathrooms and appliances (i.e stove, frig).

@Theresa Harris No major repairs without our permission like an upgraded bed or bath or something crazy like that but he has installed a brand new stove without our permission on this latest bill.

I saw it in the unit when renting it out and didn't connect where it came from (it was Spring, so not hot out) and the stove worked, so ...
