Now I want to put some focus onto Facebook ads and building an online presence.

Level up your social media presence, attend meetups, continue to educate people about real estate investing to build trust, tell everyone and everyone they know about what you do and how you can help!

I don't have any direct experience with them but they have a big presence in hopewell as a property management firm and also as a real estate brokerage.  

We have built a very strong market presence in our area and are on track to have the net worth of the business to $500,000 before the end of the year.  

The military presence essentially makes our property values extremely stable.

The area I have the most presence in is where I do the most deals and the most consistent amount of deals. 

I recently became a REA and my strategy now is to help my friends and family, build my presence in social media, pay the dues and do the Realtor training and finally learn different scrips depending on who I am working with. 

I'd much rather a tenant report the unwanted presence of a creature so that I can have it respectfully relocated than deal with it themselves.
