I have been bouncing around a little bit when it comes to boiler guys in the Elgin area.

Venmo, cashapp, zelle, PayPal, applepay etc.I don’t trust cash, bills could be fake, checks can bounce.

"IF" you get a response from one office they bounce you to the other office and never do inquirys.

I always recommend speaking with several lenders/brokers and get a first, second, and third string together to bounce deals off of to see pricing options for both the FnF and perm side of things.  

If there happens to be no comparable properties to the subject property, then I would make sure to ask some agents or clients of recent sales in the area on what factored into their decision and bounce ideas off each other.

The prices bounced back from a small recession dip and ballooned beyond the last peak of 2007.  

Good karma and good business.6) To the point bouncing around on what someone wants to see from a wholesaler, clearly there are differing opinions on that.

Frankly, our meetings declined during COVID and haven't really bounced back.

The attorney sat on the check until after closing and the check bounced.

Trying to avoid tenants paying with check since that can get lost in the mail, bounce, take longer to receive etc....
