However, I am a Canadian and there may be slight variations in the interpretation of the shared Common Law that governs both nations excluding Quebec.There is a very defining difference at law that everyone on this thread has either over-looked or doesn't understand.

My challenge is that, before I can analyse a property for profit, I would need to know if we will incur the extra expense of paying tax to the Canadian government on each of the American investments.
