It seems inaccurate to me considering that Pittsburgh, Pa has over 300,000 population, but under Weirton-Steubenville under which the encompassing combined statistical area including; Pittsburgh-New Castle-Weirton, PA-OH-WV combined statistical are shows 120, 520 population in 2015.
