New to Pittsburgh market

Hello all,

I just moved to Pittsburgh several months ago and my goal for 2020 is to purchase my first investment property. After checking out the area, it seems maybe the SFH in Pittsburgh has already appreciated in value due to gentrification. Am I too late to find good deals in Pittsburgh and if so are there any good neighborhoods outside Pittsburgh that would be a good value investment? Appreciate any input.

Thanks

Brian
