John Anderson thank you for answering my questions I kind of knew all that stuff I ran to manufactured modular lots in Southeast Texas the Golden Triangle area work for Oak Creek homes which builds both and we put Home here along the coast after the Hurricanes blew houses away they won't blow these Oak creeks away that are down here a modular home is the way to go when you're putting them up above ground  20 foot in the air.

I live here and would love to go check the collateral but you don't see a lot of them.As much as it would be great to start in your backyard, I suggest looking where the inventory is (mostly the midwest and south east).
