3) I would take this opportunity to REdesign the lease and expire the lease in summer time when rental rates are at its peak instead repeating again (12-month lease) in winter time to allow tenants play this game on you in their advance.After reviewing these, you should have a good idea about the lines and should help you find a direction.I would keep tenants if they are good and takes care property well. 

One more tip for you, if you really want to buy a property, buy it during winter time, while everyone else do X’mas shopping, you do house hunting 😊

My husband thinks waiting until winter time is a good idea too.

The city itself is wonderful (except in the wintertime, which only lasts from October to oh about May or so!)

Having Utilities off in the wintertime will create a lot of maintenance issues in the spring that you don't want to deal with.

I installed Honeywell thermostats that would allow me to make sure the heat was at least 60 degrees in the winter time just to make sure the pipes wouldn't freeze but that's about it.

winter time and a complicated stock market makes everyone wary.

It was winter time and the ground was soft and muddy. 

But maybe not as much as I thought in the winter time.
