I believe they want it to build distribution centers/ware houses.  

The heat didn’t work on the property and the temperature has fallen below 10 degrees here in Chicago.

I anticipate the internal box temperature may reach 800 degrees.

Companies like Amazon have invested quite a bit of money into warehouse space in and around Des Moines for server farms.

Usually it's a category like 'retail', 'warehouse', 'medical', etc.Are there certain traits or characteristics for a building to be deemed medical?

We used about $800,000 in rift sawn wood though and "dug up" some 12x12 wood columns that came from a warehouse in Galveston out of the Gulf of Mexico that had been there since the famous hurricane of 1900.  

There is a larger one moving in...converting a warehouse I believe.

My main focus is multi-unit apartment buildings & industrial/warehouse space.  

Warehouses primarily it seems, but these modest income jobs are plenty enough to afford the local rents.
