Sometimes we land in a 'war zone' unintentionally'.

Sometimes bad title us conveyed unintentionally, too.We just settled a matter this past Friday whereby a Decedent's name was forged on a deed to a F&C property, then a loan obtained during height of CA RE market in 2007.

I quickly realized that I was unintentionally being taught how to be a sheep (find a job, save money, and hopefully have enough to retire on decades later) when really wanted to be a lion (be my own boss and enjoy a worry free lifestyle).

When enough people get screwed (unintentionally sometimes) by people claiming to buy with cash and not closing, then something will be done about it and the only people to be blamed are the fake wholesalers and scammers not the government.I'm not directing this at you @Ryan Kittrell  I know your just getting started and trying to learn as much as possible.  

A seller talking directly to a buyer may over promise something or unintentionally state something that is not accurate relating to the property.

I do not want to start this difficult journey completely by myself, where I am not sure of all the consequences I may unintentionally cause some folks due to inexperience.I would love to speak with any investors in my area that are active on Biggerpockets!

I always check my statements every month from my management co for the properties they manage and i call them on any thing that i think is not right, and they have made mistakes ( nothing major and unintentional ) but it would have cost me money.

Unfortunately its not just redlining but could fall under "disparate impact" an unintentional discrimination .Once Hud gets involved even though no fault, fines and legal expenses could be significant if complaints are made. 

@Palmer Thomas I tried to do that in my own house when we first got minisplits, it was unintentional I just wasn't familiar with those little icons and they were difficult to see.
