You might find someone in your network who’s ready to sell a property, or someone who has advice specific to your market.Real estate investing is a journey of learning and growth.

That is often the best way to find investors in your area that are doing MTR/STRs.

You could also try to find a seller who wants to do seller financing and take a risk on you, which would be challenging to find.
