Over the course of using Bigger Pockets I have had very degrees of opinions on who I should vote for concerning a post.When I first started using Bigger Pockets, I was too naïve to even think of voting for someone that took the time to answer one of my post.  

I see their ads pop on my social media and I think there are some scare tactics. 

I think many ppl will be moving out soon.

I think you should change PMs because you have multiple complaints.  

I was thinking about MTRing my current house as its about 4 minutes from Cone hospital. 

I didn’t think I would find a deal to begin before the end of the year.

Long term its not a great cash flow property but with some renovations and addition of a parking slab I think long term appreciation is the big goal here.

Hey, what do you think it's the first step to get into the flipping market as a beginner ?
