(and yes i am more of a thigh kind of guy). so before i throw away 3 arms and 4 legs into something passionate of but have no experience in. i am much more interest throwing in 3 arms and 1 leg and hope to get 90% back with a life lesson, by investing long distance. i am currently on my due diligent phase. i have read a few books from bp, listened to a few podcast ,  and started on my 100 analysis goal. and here is my first.

Sell the plane and live on ramen and Mac n cheese for the first year, and I'm sure you can make it back to the peninsula (oh yeah, no beers either ;~) 

If you choose to read RDPD with the same metaphorical application of Richest Man in Babylon or Who Moved My Cheese, you can gain a lot!

Not to mention if you sheetrock the walls and then expect him to come in and "add/install" outlets, switches, lights, etc... assume your walls will be swiss cheese.

This home featured a swiss cheese heating system and had been vacant for 5 years.

Meet them once a week, bring them some cookies or donuts or a cheese tray or whatever.

We lived on government cheese and powdered milk, so I know a little about the subject. 

I dont think stocks will fund my retirement and if i struggle young that is fine with me, I can upgrade my Ramen cup with Cheese one day.

Charcuterie board perhaps....Who doesn't love assorted meats, cheeses and fruits?
