Dog wash, movie theater, electrical, and plumbing are all done.

Gratefully there was none of the goofy metal detectors or security theater nonsense.

There is metro rail line access that has been implemented in anticipation of the super bowl, and connects EODT with the north south rail in downtown and to the theater district.

Rent in B area, which I say is B, because it's closer to popular malls, restaurants, movie theaters, is about $25-$50 more than the area our property is in.
