Look for safe accounts that pay good interest or dividends to grow your security.

There are others that are a bit quicker in turn-around. 

The best projects I've seen from my desk are folks who are doing hyper-targeted, well-researched deals that are generally in higher cost of living (there are exceptions) areas. 

We are at the top of this boom cycle, and the time is not right for the average buyer to make that move in many areas.Keep in mind that the faster/higher the boom, the faster and more severe the bust. 

I kinda get it if 4 and 5 bedroom properties are going for 1.5 million in that market but... thats just math wondering what reality is?

The rules are pretty complicated and the only people who really know all the terms and rules thoroughly are the Rent Levelling Board.Caveating that I’m not an attorney so go seek your own advice but I clarified a few things at a recent rent levelling hearing (which are open to the public and you can find the schedules with a simple Google).

Hey @John FriendasI have purchased 4 of my Co-Living (rent by room) properties with DSCR, 1 of them within the last few months.Not that I necessarily recommend this, but there are short-term-rental DSCR products.

Obviously you are trying to go down that track.So go to as many meetups as you can.
