And funny enough, Arizona state apparently have the highest ranked online Master Arch program, and they have a concentration in focusing on sustainable development concepts, which seem to align with my interest so I will be looking into that. 

There is always more to the story if you want to run a sustainable business.Every business has some aspects that are dull and monotonous, but that doesn't necessarily make those things less important (and in some cases, those things may even be the most important areas to get right). 

@Alec Bildstein my advise in addition to attending meetups is to read the forums and see who contributes and adds value and find the folks that you resonate with.
